He helped me find a deal that I just could not refuse, I was blown away by how patient and kind he was during the entire process. Had an amazing experience when our cars breaks seemed not to be working properly. I called in, and Alonso Vivanco took our call. He quickly was able to see if we were still covered by our warranty. Which we were. He then so kindly gave us instructions on how to leave our car after business hours. Not only that, he called us the next day with our call all fixed and ready to go.
