Please be patient with us: when making an appointment for Repairs, it may take up to 2-3 days for Diagnosis.

The State of California has asked many businesses to reduce the number of people in their facility due to COVID-19. We encourage every customer to take advantage of our free shuttle service or make arrangements for a ride as opposed to waiting for your vehicle.

ABOUT OUR CHECK-IN PROCESS: Your check-in time is to drop off your vehicle and meet your service advisor so we can establish your needs and let you know what the repair process will entail. This check-in time does not necessarily indicate when your car will begin repairs or when it will enter the shop. Our Service Consultants are extremely experienced and will do everything possible to set realistic expectations that meet your needs. Because there are many variables that come into play when diagnosing and repairing a vehicle, your particular repair time may vary.
