I love the service department at Fiesta Ford. They are respectful, courteous and helpful.
I have to say this was the best experience iv had at a dealership. Octavio was extremely helpful he made the whole thing enjoyable, helpful and fast. He went above and beyond for me and my family. His customer service was the ultimate reason I bought a truck from ford.

Things just take a ridiculous amount of time, it's just an oil change and rotation. Yes they look at the air filter in hopes of selling you an air or cabin filter, the brakes they look at when they rotate the tires so it's not like that's a whole other process. Top off fluids?? tire pressure- report stated "set to factory specs", in my case the door tag is 43psi, I get in the truck psi was at 47psi. I highly recommend this dealership! Their willingness to be honest and helpful made my experience completely stress free!! If you’re needing a new car I would go here first and save yourself the headache of car shopping. I got the model car I was looking for at the price point that u budgeted. Do yourself a favor and buy your next car from Fiesta Ford!! This review was not paid for I promise. This dealership is amazing! My sales rep was Kenny Gagnon and he made the process of buying a new car extremely easy and relaxing.
The service rep was knowledgeable, professional and concerned about my issues. I went in for routine maintenance and he pointed out I had two outstanding recall notices on my vehicle. He offered to fix those within an hour and a half. He was very helpful and accommodating.
Charlie Price is a great service person friendly and knowledgeable and makes sure the job is done right.
Sarah and her service team at fiesta ford are such a breath of fresh air. Communication is key for my wife and I and Sarah goes above and beyond to make sure we’re informed and updated when our truck is being serviced or needs service. Thank you Sarah and fiesta ford service team!

We were rushed and overcharged for a used vehicle and not given any information on our payment methods until after signing. I kept asking for the value of the vehicle and they added thousands more than the asking price. They priced the car as if it was brand new yet being a 2018 year and the lowest trim. After taking my work truck to other shops, I really appreciate having it fixed on time and, in the end, for the same or sometimes even less cost. This is because they don’t have to guess what’s wrong and can give you a straightforward repair plan if there are a few steps involved in fixing the truck.

I came in to get a recall done on my Ford Bronco Sport. I was hoping to have the work done quickly as I had many errands to run that day. The service rep, Raymond got the recall done within a half hour and had me on my way. Very happy with service

I had an appointment to have my 2021 Ford Ranger serviced and was greeted promptly by my service advisor, Joe Arriaga. We reviewed what service my truck needed. When I said I'd be waiting he told me it would be 2 hours. I had a cup of coffee and a good book with me so I made myself comfortable in the very nice lounge area. The initial contact was positive and I was directed to a service writer who promptly got me checked in. The service representative informed me that there was an upgrade that had to be completed in addition to the service and that was OK.

Took into the dealership for warranty work. Joe, the service rep had made the appointment, checked me in advised me of everything that was to be done and time frame. He was able to get it right in. He did the follow-up and I was able to get our vehicle a few hours later. Joe has been my service rep in the past and he's very helpful and professional.
I appreciate their time in calling to check with us and our car. I appreciated their reminder phone call “it is time for our car to be serviced”
