I like the vehicle but has 3 issues, take numerous times of turning the keys to start, other is when l come to a stop vehicle shuts off, and last when im ready to drive off the engine seems to have trouble driving off loud noise after a minute or 2 its fine to go....getting it ready to be checked out only 2nd day with it.

Excellent experience at the service center, everyone was helpful and service was prompt, they were able to get a recall repair done quickly with just a few hour wait time for us, the waiting area is spacious, comfortable and clean. We walked around the sales lot looking at vehicles to burn time, we were greeted by several sales associates who were all very courteous. We will definitely be back for future service and vehicle purchasing.

My salesman, Joseph Landazuri was great! Informative, no pressure, and communicated well during the whole process from ordering a new 2025 vehicle to delivery and delivering some Ford accessories I had ordered on-line from their affiliate dealership. The reason for four stars is that their Finance department was non-responsive or slow in submitting the necessary electronic payment information to my lender USAA, via my personal phone and e-mail requests. I had to drive to the dealership to personally request the Finance manager to submit the proper information to USAA for payment to them. This should not have been necessary.
