Dealer Notes

This Lincoln won't be on the lot long!

It delivers style and power in a single package! The engine breathes better thanks to a turbocharger, improving both performance and economy. With fewer than 15,000 miles on the odometer, this 4 door sedan prioritizes comfort, safety and convenience. Lincoln infused the interior with top shelf amenities, such as: power trunk closing assist, heated and ventilated seats, and seat memory. Smooth gearshifts are achieved thanks to the refined 6 cylinder engine, and all wheel drive keeps this model firmly attached to the road surface. Well tuned suspension and stability control deliver a spirited, yet composed, ride and drive

  • A wonderful long range cruiser. Totally satisfied.

I purchased the Reserve model with the 2.7 twin turbo engine. I love the car and I love the engine with its 380 lbs. of torque. There is no turbo lag and the power is always ready when you need it. The engine is extremely quiet and pulls well at all speeds. With about half city and half highway driving, I am averaging 24.7 MPG. I think that is great for such a big powerful car. This Continental is the smoothest and quietest car I ever have owned and over the years, I have owned many S-class Mercedes and other high end cars. The Continental is by far the most comfortable of them. I continue to be very impressed with the fit and finish of the car. It has been flawless since I picked it up in January. Everything works just as expected. I love the Sync navigation and command system. It is very easy to use and I quickly was able to learn the functions. Lincoln gave me an hour with an factory trained expert on the cars systems and he went over how to use the many functions. That was well worth the time spent. I have taken the car on a long trip and am very pleased with how quiet and comfortable it is. The optional 30 way seats are by far the best seats on the market. After driving for awhile you can turn on the massage feature of the heated or cooled seats and they will make you feel refreshed and relaxed. At the end of the day you are not tired and worn out. These soft, genuine leather 30 way seats are a wonderful option and I highly recommend you spend the money to order them. I have driven every high end car on the market and nothing comes even close to the comfort of the Continentals seats. I also love the cruise control which allows you to set the distance to maintain behind the car in front of you. This is really nice on long trips and make the trip much less stressful. I continue to be very impressed with the service and quality of the Lincoln dealership. Lincoln will come to your location to pick up your car for service and leave you a loaner car to use while it is being serviced. When the service is complete, they will wash your car and return it to you at your location. The car has an excellent bumper to bumper warranty. It is an elegant car that gets a lot of compliments. If you are looking for a top quality car that is truly comfortable, offers great performance and handling, is fun to drive and is built with very high quality materials, you should drive a Continental. I also like that it is made in the USA by Americans.

This is an update on my original review. I have owned the car for seven months now and like it more each time I drive it. We have taken it on several long trips and it really is the most comfortable car I have ever owned. After a long days drive, you arrive not tired or sore. The seats are wonderful and I love the massage feature. Driving at interstate speeds, the car averaged 26.5 MPG. This truly is a great long range cruiser. Every system on the car continues to work as advertised. I love the SYNC entertainment/navigations system. It does a lot and is very easy to use. I can think of nothing else to say except this is a really nice, powerful, quiet and comfortable car. I get many nice compliments from people who stop to ask about the car.
  • Best car I have owned...almost perfect

Connie has the 2.7 twin turbo and will do 0-60 in 5.5 sec. really but you back in your seat. It handles well and has a soft ride. A nice mix between sport and cruiser. I have almost all the options of a Black Label but mine is a Reserve. Love the seat massagers, but o the whole car...they are the only thing that works intermittently. Everything else has been perfect so far. I get looks, compliments and a great thrill when I drive it. I am sooooo disappointed in Lincoln, that they have chosen to stop production of their sedans to focus on their SUV/crossovers. I have owned a Towncar, MKZ and now my Continental. Loved ALL my Lincoln sedans. I don't NEED a SUV full time. I have a older Expedition that I used when I need to tow or haul something. I want my everyday car to be super quiet and comfortable, yet have guts. THAT is the Continental. Options that I love: AWD, easy to use infotainment system with Android Auto, Adaptive Cruise, Lane Keep Assist, 30way adjustable front seats, Massaging/heated/ventilated front and rear seats, reclining rear seats, My Lincoln app (I can start my car from anywhere I have a internet connection) that turns on the heat, both defrosters, seat and steering wheel warmers when it's cold and the AC and seat ventilation when its hot. it even has a heated spot on the windshield so your wipers can de-Ice when they are resting down. The car welcomes you when you get near it, even has courtesy Lincoln themed lights that illuminate the ground outside the front doors. I could go on, but you get that its REALLY loaded.
