Charlie was absolutely amazing. I was having a bad day, and my truck decided to have a bad day too apparently. Charlie was so so sweet, caring and compassionate, and tried his best to make me feel better and help me out as much as possible. I was a little emotional and he came around the counter and gave me a hug, reassured me that they would help me out. They got my truck fixed within the day (I needed it to haul my horses) and were very easy to communicate with. I highly recommended fiesta ford, and I hope everyone has the pleasure to meet Charlie!
